You don’t die that easily

When Kurt Lehmann (Michael Gwisdek) suffers a heart attack and is subsequently in a coma, his three daughters Lotte (Ursula Karven), Steffi (Anja Schiffel) and Rebecca (Sandra Borgmann) travel to Mallorca to say goodbye to their father – and to position themselves to take up the considerable inheritance. Kurt’s wife Renate (Michaela May) wants to clear the air before her husband’s death. She confesses to him that Rebecca is not his daughter. Everything goes off the rails when Kurt wakes up from his coma: he remembers his wife’s confession and suddenly becomes obsessed with the beautiful islander Carla (Natalia Wörner) and an old olive grove. His family sees the inheritance slowly disappearing….

Michael Gwisdek, Michaela May, Ursula Karven, Anja Schiffel, Sandra Borgmann and Natalia Wörner were together in front of the camera for the ZDF family drama in fall 2018.
