Operation in Hamburg – A clean murder

Aglaia Szyszkowitz, Rainer Strecker and Hannes Hellmann solve their tenth case

Werner Blank dies of serious injuries on the way to the hospital. He was the boss of over 50 cleaners. One of the cleaners, 36-year-old Gabi Hoffmann (Nicola Thomas), was in the boss’s office the night of the murder. And on the following morning, of all days, she wants to leave Hamburg in flight with her husband (Harald Schrott) and children for Miami. She is taken into custody. But despite overwhelming evidence, Jenny Berlin believes the woman is innocent. Jenny’s colleagues Wolfer (Hannes Hellmann) and Brehm (Rainer Strecker) take a closer look at the cleaning company. Blank paid above the normal rate. Surprising, because on paper the company is on the verge of bankruptcy. When Jenny tries to talk to the employees during their night shift in a shopping mall, her life is in danger. Murder is not a clean business.
