The midwife Antonia Maibach has been living in Bavaria for several years now and is happily involved with the head of the “Klinik am See”, Dr. Thomas Hellmann. The wedding bells are soon to ring for both of them, and preparations are already in full swing. But before the time comes, the happy couple still has some trials ahead of them.
