Inspector Theo Clüver and his team investigate an unusual death: Who killed the owner of a luxury Sylt villa for sale?

A wealthy family from Switzerland was interested in the house. But during the viewing appointment, their children find the seller’s body in the garden house. A catastrophe for the young realtor Susanna Wagner. The murder makes the villa unsaleable.

Susanna Wagner had set up her own business only a few weeks ago and is dependent on the commission. Because the competition on the Sylt real estate market does not sleep. Susanna Wagner’s former boss Bendix Böckelmann comes under suspicion. Did he want to take revenge on her with the body in the villa, since she is said to have poached customers from him? Hinnerk is set on the realtor, who apparently does not play with open cards either. What does she have to hide?

Meanwhile, Clüver thinks about how long he will continue to chase criminals. Shouldn’t he use the time for himself, his daughters and the really important things in life? Finally, Hinnerk gives the case an unexpected twist. He falls in love with the attractive Susanna, ignores any professional distance and ends up in bed with her. The next morning he wakes up hungover and Susanna has disappeared with his service weapon.
