Novelist Martin Selig (August Zirner) has retired to a small village near Gorleben. Life goes on peacefully until one day the mysterious and attractive photographer Lotte Feininger (Lavinia Wilson) disturbs the idyll of the community. A man she portrays (Peter von Strombeck) suffers a fatal accident. A second sudden death of a portrayed villager (Jochen Nickel) is not long in coming. Martin Selig must fear that he has fallen in love with a murderess.
