Shoe saleswoman Lisa (Stefanie Stappenbeck) works in the Berlin branch of shoe millionaire Dagenhorst (Uwe Ochsenknecht). During a short weekend in Mallorca, she falls in love with the supposed son of her employer, posing as a young woman from the best circles. Jonas (Steffen Groth) falls for her scam, just as she does for his: For he is no more a millionaire’s son than she is a well-heeled heiress. In Berlin, the ailing branch of the “Dagenhorst-Schuh-Discount” is threatened with closure. In their distress, Lisa’s colleagues demand that she use all her charm to prevent the closure. Alarmed that someone is pretending to be his son even though he has no children, old Dagenhorst rushes to Berlin to confront the impostor.
