Mona (Cosma Shiva Hagen) is fed up: While she keeps herself and her baby Bobby afloat with one-euro jobs, Bobby’s father Eddy (Ken Duken) presents his new girlfriend at every party in town. When Eddy now also announces his wedding, Mona sends him a stinky diaper – anonymously. Eddy catches on and sets out to find the sender.
Alongside Cosma Shiva Hagen, “Schief gewickelt” stars Ken Duken, Julie Engelbrecht, Uwe Ochsenknecht, Alexander Scheer, Zora Holt, Bjarne Mädel, Gisela Schneeberger, Martin Brambach, Melika Foroutan and Nova Meierhenrich. The screenplay was written by Daniel Schwarz, Thomas Schwebel and Lars Becker based on the novel “Schief gewickelt” by Regula Venske.
“Schief gewickelt” is a quirky and romantic big-city comedy with a biting wit, with which cult director Lars Becker follows up his comedies “Das Gelbe vom Ei” and “Schade um das schöne Geld”. This time, however, the focus is on Hamburg. Popular music plays an equally important role.
“Schief gewickelt” was produced by Network Movie, Film- und Fernsehproduktion, GmbH und Co. KG, Wolfgang Cimera, Bettina Wente, Cologne, on behalf of ZDF. The editorial office at ZDF is in the hands of Daniel Blum.
