Inspector Jana Winter in her fourth case about the law of the fist and moral courage.
Inspector Jana Winter (Natalia Wörner) is confronted with a mysterious murder of a woman and conflicting legal opinions. One of the main suspects practices the law of the fist, while the other refuses to show any moral courage: during an attack on a young woman, he stood idly by instead of intervening to help. This hits Jana all the harder, because the victim is Frida (Friederike Linke), her Danish aupair girl. Frida’s injury shakes the newly widowed inspector privately and professionally, because the girl also has her very own opinion about law and justice.
The series “Unter anderen Umständen” was written for the audience favorite Natalia Wörner. As in the previous three films, she again acts in this explosive case as a detective and mother of a small child in Schleswig. Natalia Wörner is joined by Martin Brambach, Ralph Herforth, Marcus Mittermeier, Friederike Linke, Uwe Bohm, Stephan Bissmeier, Gesine Cukrowski and others. The screenplay was written by Daniel Schwarz and Thomas Schwebel, and directed again by Judith Kennel. The “TV Movie of the Week” is a production of Network Movie, Hamburg. Producers: Jutta Lieck-Klenke, Dietrich Kluge. Daniel Blum is the editor at ZDF.
