For Perdita Dylan (Felicitas Woll), life is fine. Only a man, a new love, is sought in vain in her life even three years after her divorce. But then Perdita’s ex-husband, Lucas Gillespie (Tobias Oertel), comes back to the neighborhood. The aspiring gourmet chef has taken over the restaurant of the long-established “Grantly Hotel & Country Club” and wants to earn his first star there. Perdita quickly realizes that even after years she still has feelings for the smart Irish chef. And the fact that he feels the same way does not please Clarice van Horn (Johanna Christine Gehlen), his girlfriend and employer, at all.
To make Perdita’s confusion complete, there is also Roger Owen (Mike Hoffmann), a golf course architect who has been commissioned to add a prestigious golf course to the “Grantly”. No one suspects that Roger is not who he claims to be and that he is pursuing a perfidious plan….
